Where today, we have My Plate! Which is honestly a great starting point if you don’t know where to begin your portion sizing and meal planning journey. The essentials are the make small changes first, then build on them to make bigger changes in your life.

Another takeaway from today’s My Plate, is to choose foods with less saturated fat, sodium, and added sugars. That’s a diet I can get on board with!
